Question 1: Could you tell me your lead-time?
Answer: Our lead-time for samples is 1-3 working days. For batch orders is normally 3-5 working days.

Question 2: Could you tell me how to deliver my goods?
Answer: We would like to send your goods via FEDEX, DHL, UPS or TNT etc. If you place a big volume order, we will send your goods via forwarder by air or by sea.

Question 3: Could you tell me your payment terms?
Answer: We current accept T/T in advance. You can make your wire transfer when you place your order. Our bank can’t accept your payment by credit cards. For samples order,we can accept your payment by western union or Paypal.

Question 4: How long could you receive our payment?
Answer:Usually,we can receive your payment within 2-5 working days depend on the banks. If you make a swift payment to us,we can receive your payment only 1-2 working days.

Question 5: Could you tell me your Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
Answer: It depends on the product you want and it’s value. Please contact us for check before making orders.

Question 6: Could you tell me your product warranty period?
Answer: One year.

Question 7: How long will it take you to get back to us ?
Answer: We appreciate your interested in our products and send us your e-mail. We would like to review your information and get back to you within 24-working hours.

Question 8: Could you accept OEM order?
Answer:Yes, we can.
